Wantagh Morton Lodge No. 63 F&AM

Educational Program
Freemasonry Under the Nazi Third Reich

Members of Wantagh Morton Lodge No. 63 present a research-based educational program examining the persecution of Freemasons during the Nazi regime, including the documented loss of more than 60,000 Masons during that period.

Through historical photographs, primary research, and discussion, the presentation explores the political and social forces that led to the suppression of Freemasonry in Europe. It also highlights the extraordinary story of Liberté Chérie Lodge, formed by imprisoned Masons within a Nazi concentration camp in 1943.

This 45-minute program is offered to lodges and Masonic bodies at no charge. We ask that host lodges make a voluntary contribution to the Wantagh Morton Charity Fund.
